Rock Trot

Rock Trot is a family friendly fun run with a 1-mile option and a 5K option. There is a family registration option to allow the whole crew to join in on the fun without breaking the piggy bank! (Household only, please)

 

PRIZES and medals for top finishers in each grade (PreK-5th) for the 1-miler and for age groups (0-99) in the 5k! All participants receive a coveted Rock Trot ribbon upon finishing.

 

ALL paces and ages are welcome! Walk, run, stroll, or strut. Strollers are welcome, too!

There will be live music at the starting line and along the 5K route to keep your feet moving!

 

Snacks and water at the finish line (because you earned it)!

 

Whether you are running or cheering, we have opportunities to volunteer. Some tasks are short and sweet!
