Please use this form to RSVP that you will be attending our Veterans Day Assembly. We will use this information to print your badge so please use your official name and birth year from your driver's license. If any attendees have never scanned their ID in the main office, please stop by before Nov 7th to have your ID scanned so your badge will be waiting on Nov. 11th.
*Non-school aged siblings in attendance must be seated with parents for the duration of the performance.
